Any Request for Return Must be Made Within 7 Calender Days of Receipt

Exchanges for Equal or Greater Value Saddles have a 25% Restocking Fee
Customer is Responsible for All Shipping Charges

A Saddle Returned and Not Exchanged for Another Saddle is Subject to a 50% Fee

Returns after 10 Calender Days are Subject to a 50% Restocking Fee

No Returns after 14 Calender Days

Returns for Custom Modified Saddles are Subject to a 50% Restocking Fee

Returns must be Prepaid, Insured, be in Brand New Condition
and be Returned in Original Shipping Carton and Packing.

Saddles May Only Be Returned in Brand New - Unused Condition.

Credits will be Less any Shipping and Handling Charges and other Fees as Described Above.

Credit may take 10 Days to appear on your Credit Card

Because Saddles are Hand Made, Actual Saddle you receive
may vary from the Picture on Website

Leather Notes:
Leather is very unique, no guarantees can be made as to the
outcome of color on a Saddle or it's Accessories.
We try to have Colors come as close as possible to Pictures and All Parts and Accessories
of and with a Saddle, but due to unique characteristics of Leather exact matches are impossible.

Warranties:
All Saddles are Warranted for Defects in Materials and Workmanship
for 1 Year, Trees have either a 5 year or 10 Year Warranty , No Warranty Coverage for Abuse,
Neglect, Mis-Use or Accidents. Warranty does not cover Shipping and Handling.
Warranty for Trees does not cover Labor or Freight.

Damage in Shipping:
Any damage to an item by transportation company
must be reported immediately to us and transportation company.

Shipping carton must be saved in case
transportation company needs to inspect it.

No claims may be made if shipping carton is not saved.

Saddles are sometimes scratched or dinged during shipping
and is not covered under any type of damage claim or warranty.
